Open Account

Please follow these simple steps if you wish to open a new account with Video Europe;                                                                                                       

1. Please click on the following link open account and fill out the application form in full.                                                                                                  
2. Once the form has been completed you will need to agree to our terms and conditions before hitting send.                                                                                 
3. We need a copy of your 'Hired In Equipment' Insurance Policy, this can be emailed to hire@videoeurope.co.uk or faxed to 020 7494 1717.                                                                                                                                                                                       
4. For an additional premium of 20% of the hire charge, we can usually offer equipment insurance as long as the value of the equipment doesn't exceed £15,000. Please note, we must hold the account holders passport as security during the period of hire if you wish to take advantage of our insurance offer.                                                                                                                                                             
5. Once your account is opened, payment will be required in full before the first hire. We accept debit and credit cards (except Amex), bank transfers or cash.
