Steve Smith and Steve Bonich have been supplying professional crew and equipment packages to the broadcast television industry for over 20 years. From a single camera HD requirement to a multi-camera press junket or even a 10 camera live Outside Broadcast, they have the knowledge, experience and facilities to respond to any request.
We supplied the OB Facility and Crew, HD Mini-cams, HDCAM Camcorders and the Satellite Facility to promote the new Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz film, Knight and Day.
The Old Town Square of Seville, which was previously used in scenes from the film, was sealed off once again as bike and car chase stunts were recreated featuring not only the film’s stuntmen but Tom Cruise racing on his bike and Cameron Diaz speeding around in a BMW Coupe and performing handbrake turns.
Filmed with 7 x HD OB Cameras and 4 in-car HD Cameras, live footage was sent to such prestigious US National prime-time shows such as Good Morning America and Access Hollywood.
We also covered the Premiere in Seville with 14 Red Carpet Cameras in High Definition.
The following day and back on the Old Square, we covered the Junket with a combination of HDCAM and Digital Betacam Camcorders.
