With the ARRI Follow Focus FF-5 HD, a completely modular, film style follow focus is now available for digital productions. Designed specifically for lenses with a smaller diameter focus barrel, the FF-5’s longer swing arm ensures proper gear position on the focus ring and a lower gear ratio for a more exacting focus pull on smaller diameter lenses or those with compressed focus scales.
 
The FF-5 HD integral snap-on mechanism locks to 15mm lightweight support rods and can be adapted to work with ARRI standard 15mm or 19mm bridgeplate support rods. ARRI Follow Focus drive gears can be attached to either side of the swing arm, allowing greater mounting flexibility.
 
ARRI gears are made from low friction Delrin for optimal drive smoothness and use precise self-centering stainless steel couplings to eliminate runout and wear.
 
For more options, the FF-5 HD is compatible with all ARRI FF-4 Follow Focus accessories. Right and left focus knobs and the FF-5’s longer body allow operation from either camera side with ENG lenses.
 
In addition, an extension is available to clear the largest matteboxes. Short and long focus whips allow the assistant to stand farther away from the camera and a focus crank makes fast snap zooms smooth and accurate.

The MFF-1 is a lightweight, single-sided follow focus from ARRI. It is fully adjustable, which allows the unit to be mounted to any camera system with 15 mm lightweight support rods. It can also be supported from 15 mm or 19 mm bridgeplates using standard adapters.

By adopting a functional, modular approach, the ARRI MB-20 accommodates most modern lenses and standard filter formats. Whether the script calls for a traditional studio setup, handheld move or Steadicam shot, the ARRI MB-20 System adapts to each scenario without a hitch.
 
The 5.65 x 5.65 Compact Mattebox easily adapts for use with lightweight support, bridgeplate support rods, or clamped on and supported by the camera lens. The swing-away mattebox system works with wide angle lenses and provides two or three independently rotating filter stages for filter sizes up to 5.65 x 5.65. The ARRI MB-20 System includes a unique adjustment system to ensure precise fit. Optional top, bottom and side flags and masks are available for optimal light control.

The ARRI LMB-15 is the perfect choice for those requiring a lightweight clamp-on mattebox solution. The 4 x 5.65 horizontally oriented filter trays slide into heavy duty machined guides with ease. The LMB-15 can be rapidly configured for two or three stage capacity.

The LMB-15 is compatible with LMB-5 filter trays, clamp adapter backs and carbon fiber light shields. For greater flexibility, the new 130mm back also works with clamp-on rings from the MB-20 system. The LMB-15 accepts ENG lenses as wide as 3.9mm and has a quick release removable sunshade for close-up applications.

The MMB-1 is the first mattebox from ARRI designed for smaller-sized HD camera bodies. The ARRI MMB-1 is the only small form-factor mattebox allowing for use of three filters.

The Quick Release Baseplate’s unique attachment mechanism provides rock-solid camera support with a centering adjustment that compensates for variations in camera base to optical axis measurements. Full compatibility with cameras such as the Panasonic Varicam, Sony F950 and Sony HDC-1500 is thus assured.
 
The need to change between studio and handheld configurations is a common production problem and the quick release mechanism in ARRI’s QR-HD1 makes transitions fast and easy. The bridgeplate adapts to either ARRI Standard 19 mm rod size or the popular ARRI 15 mm rods.

The dedicated baseplate rod holder has a unique centering system, adjustable both vertically and horizontally. The rear clamp collar post is adjustable from 1.5 mm to 2 mm, ensuring a solid attachment.
 
The QR-HD1 features a mechanically locked camera base to bridgeplate attachment which can be adjusted for a perfect fit via a knurled knob on the rear of the unit. This system provides a more solid attachment than the common spring-tensioned systems.

Zacuto Universal Baseplate includes 12-inch rods and works and allows mounting accessories off the front and the back of the rods. The Universal Baseplate mounts to the camera with a 1/4 20" screw and a locking pin and it attaches to the tripod plate with both 3/8 16" and 1/4 20" screws. It has 4.5" slide capability for balancing on the tripod and 4.5" slide for balancing the camera as well. The Baseplate has up and down as well as side to side adjustments, allowing it to align all cameras with various equipment, like matte boxes and follow focus units.

The Baseplate comes with 12" support rods that are 15mm in diameter and 60mm standard lightweight distance between rod centers. The 12" rods are female threaded on both ends. The Zacuto universal baseplate will work with all 15mm lightweight support matteboxes and follow focus units.

The Kinomatik MOVIEtube CR Production Classic Rig is designed with the cinematographer in mind! It turns smaller cameras into a full blown film style camera system that opens new possibilities for effective and smooth film making.

This rig also comes as standard with two KINOgrips. The KINOgrip is an advanced and further developed version of the famous WALTERgrip. It features a quick-snap-on interface that fits on 15mm video bars as well as on 19mm film bars without exchanging clamps and holders. The KINOgrip is capable of quick snap-on from the bottom, no need to remove follow focus, Matebox etc. It remains slidable while securely surrounding the bars. This feature is useful for finding the right position on the bars between attached pieces of gear. After that, the interface will be fully locked by turning the locking knob.

Built into the rear of the rig is an Anton Bauer adaptor allowing you to use Anton Bauer baateries to power your camera, this is especially useful when working with addiditonal items such as viewfinders, monitors and portable recording devices as the batteries on the camera being used will drain too quickly.

An optional Cineroid electronic HD Viewfinder and 5.6' TV Logic Monitor is also available to hire with this rig.

Cineroid EVF-4MSS 3.2" EVF Aluminium Metal housing with HDSDI in and HDSDI loop out. Key features include an anti-fog eyepiece, peaking, false colour, pixel-to-pixel magnification for focus checking, monochrome viewing and adjustments for anamorphic shooting.
 
The 3.2 inch Pro-EVF4M electronic viewfinder is housed in an aluminium case which the manufacturer says is designed to be professionally used. The screen has a resolution of 800×480 pixels with 16.7 million colours.
 
Key features include an anti-fog eyepiece, peaking, false colour, pixel-to-pixel magnification for focus checking, monochrome viewing and adjustments for anamorphic shooting. There is also a function to remote control the trigger of certain cameras.

Power is from a Sony NPF-style battery or can be taken from another battery source using the D-Tap connector.
