Canon EOS C300 coming soon

Canon have raised the curtain on an all-new interchangeable-lens digital video camcorder that combines exceptional imaging performance with outstanding mobility and expandability to meet the demanding production needs of today's motion picture industry. The camcorder, which features a newly developed Super 35 mm-equivalent approximately 8.29-megapixel CMOS sensor, will be available in two models: the EOS C300 Digital Video Camcorder, equipped with an EF lens mount and the EOS C300 PL Digital Video Camcorder, equipped with a PL lens mount for use with industry-standard PL lenses.
Video Europe will have both cameras available for hire as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.

 | abandoned their FD lens mount when they introduced the EOS line of 35mm auto focus cmearas. If the store you saw the lens in is a real camera store they can tell you what mount it is. You can also look at the mount-end of the lens and it may have the letters "FD" which would tell you it won't work on your 350D.References : By on 28 April 2012 |  |
